Ingredients:

1 cup Vita herring in wine sauce
½ vandalin onion
1/3–½ red Aunt Nellie pickled beets
1 medium boiled potato
≈ 1 cup sour cream

 
    Preparation:
     
  1. Chop herring into small pieces.
  2. Chop onion into small pieces
  3. Chop pickled beets into small pieces.
  4. Cut potato up.
  5. Mix all ingredients together.
    Serving suggestions:
     
  • Serve with crackers or as an open-faced sandwich.
