Ingredients:
2 pkgs crescent roll pastry sheets
2 8oz pkgs softened cream cheese
1 1/3 cup sugar (divided use)
1 egg, separated
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon |

Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Grease 13" x 9" baking pan.
- Press one package crescent dough on bottom of pan.
- Mix together cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and 1 cup sugar.
- Spread over pastry layer.
- Cover with remaining pastry.
- Beat egg white until foamy.
- Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Spread egg white over top of pastry.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool well, (I refrigerate before cutting into squares).
