Bløt Kake — Strawberry Cream Cake

Ingredients:

3 large eggs
¾ cup sugar
1-½ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder  
 

 
    Preparation:
     
  1. Whip eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg and sugar mixturte.
  3. Pour into 12 inch spring form pan.
  4. Bake at 350℉ for about 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean..
  5. After it is cool, slice the cake into 2 or 3 layers and fill with your favorite fruits, custard or whipped cream.
  6. Cover the cake with whipped cream and decorate to your choosing.
    Suggestions:
     
  • 17th May with strawberries and blueberries.
